In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Let's multiply Goodness

I was in a gathering. Suddenly someone called out to a person, "You hunchback." A religious scholar present in the gathering promptly rebuked him by saying that you cannot humiliate anyone like this. This is a major sin. He further said that a person's makeup is not his own but is for the benefit of Allah and only He knows his benefit. If we express ridicule, objection, mockery or displeasure over someone's physical makeup such as height, color, voice, nose, eyes, lips, teeth, hair, gait or face, etc., then it clearly means that we are expressing our lowest opinion on something created by Allah. And expressing ridicule, objection, mockery or displeasure over something created by Allah is a major sin. It is like putting ourselves in great trouble. Lest it happen that we ourselves become victims of this deficiency or defect. One needs to be very careful while thinking and speaking like this.
