It has been seen in many educational institutions that security guards at the main entrance, peons near the stairs and on each floor, CCTV cameras everywhere and discipline committees, all of them are appointed. For what purpose? To keep children under control. How much money and time is spent on all this? According to a cautious estimate, five lakh rupees a year and five thousand hours.
The result? Not much difference. The general misbehavior of children persists, but sometimes it even increases. This clearly means that this method of keeping children under control is unsuccessful.
If children are morally trained, they can become protectors and invaluable assets for themselves and the institution. This can save institutions millions of rupees and thousands of hours of hard work.
