The head of an educational institution said that a system has been created to achieve quality education.
1: Eight teachers are appointed for every six classes so that if a teacher is absent, the spare teachers go to the class and the children do not suffer.
2: A leader is appointed for all the teachers of each class to guide the teachers. Thus, ten leaders are appointed for the first to tenth grade.
3: A supervisor is appointed to help all the leaders.
4: The supervisor is responsible to the headmaster.
5: The headmaster reports to the administration.
This system has two objectives. One is supervision and the other is timely guidance. It often happens that when an educational problem arises, those responsible for solving it are either not present or are too busy. In this system, there are leaders at every level so that the problem is immediately understood and solved. Everyone has been given the goal of providing the best quality of education and everyone wants to take the institution to the heights of the sky with the cooperation of each other.
