I came to know the following details about few institutions.
1: The administration of the institutions has highly educated professionals.
2: Experienced Principals/ Headmasters.
3: Hardworking teaching and non-teaching staff.
4: Students study with dedication.
5. Modern teaching aids are available. Very good.
Despite all this, the institutions does not have a high moral environment. The environment is cluttered with mutual resentment, distrust and mental stress. Why is this? Because the moral training in the institutions is almost nil. Unless moral values are cultivated, all efforts will be in vain and, with apologies, may prove to be harmful.
