Patience (Anecdote No. 1944)
When I reached a corporate office for a problem of mine, the customer care officer tried online for about an hour to resolve the issue but the issue was not resolved. After a few days, he tried again for an hour and a half by calling and sending messages but did not succeed. The third time, he tried again for an hour but failed. The fourth time, when he gave me the phone to talk while trying online, I started talking in a slightly angry tone. He immediately took the phone from me and started explaining the issue in a normal manner and requesting for a solution.
I immediately realized my mistake and also understood that these officers are mentally trained that no matter what happens, one should not get angry but should try to resolve it with a cool head.
Patience is really a very good moral quality. I need to learn it.
