Usually, children start thinking about their careers after passing 12th or graduation. An NGO, in collaboration with educational institutions, arranged for the 11th graders to gather with their parents and provide them with timely guidance, speeches by some professionals and then one-to-one counseling so that the children start thinking, getting information and preparing for their careers at the right time. I respectfully request the heads of schools and colleges to provide timely career guidance to all their children so that they can use their talents properly and achieve success.
