Important things came to light in a discussion with students in a guidance program on future ambitions and planning in an educational institution.
1. Some students are still hesitant in determining their goals.
2. Some have set goals but are still unsure.
3. Some have set their goals and are satisfied with only that.
4. Some have set goals and have started acquiring basic information about them.
5. Some have set goals with determination and self-confidence, have started acquiring necessary information and have started making planned preparations.
The latter have bright prospects for success because success cannot be achieved without preparation.
