When I reached an institution to discuss the strategies of Good Character Company to train children, the headmaster heard my words and immediately called the chairman and told him the details over the phone. The chairman gave permission over the phone considering the importance and benefits of moral training. The head quickly arranged a meeting of the children and teachers and in less than an hour all the decisions and practical steps were taken. Later, the head referred to Anecdote No.1963 "Good Administrator" and said that I had read that Anecdote and following the footsteps, I also immediately made decisions and started taking action.
